Additives

In the past, Bioserae Laboratories specialized in supplying food additives, particularly for the dairy industry (cheese). Today this know-how is still of great use :

• DP range : fungicide preparation for surface treatment of cheeses and sausages
• Camifloc : specially developed for camel milk coagulation. This project is backed by the FAO.
• Actenine : for raw milk preservation, thanks to the activation of its inherent anti-microbial system

Camifloc and Actenine ingredients particularly target developing countries. In Africa, Middle East and Asia, Bioserae helps local populations in rural areas to increase the value of their dairy production. This is another example of BioSerae's commitment to sustainable development.
